Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional administrative charges or service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and strategic nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial payment, and before substantive service delivery, may be reviewed at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Limitations of Liability

ZARNOVEXION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service within the preceding three months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and provisions relating to liability and jurisdiction shall survive.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws and the governing jurisdiction in which ZARNOVEXION is registered.

Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
